🌿 3-day Ayahuasca Retreat
Two Ayahuasca ceremonies, with time and space in between
Our 3-day retreat gives you the opportunity to experience two Ayahuasca ceremonies in a small group, with time in between to rest, reflect and let the first experience settle before entering the second.
No two ceremonies are the same. The second night is not simply a repetition of the first. Having experienced the medicine once, people often enter the second ceremony with a different sense of what to expect and a greater familiarity with the setting, the medicine and their own response to it.
The retreat takes place at Motherland, our peaceful location surrounded by nature near Assen. Throughout the three days, there is time for rest, walks, conversation and sharing, as well as space to be by yourself.
Schedule & Arrival
The retreat begins on Friday afternoon. We ask everyone to arrive by 1 PM, so there is plenty of time to settle in before we begin.
We start with tea, introductions and time to get to know the group and the space. There is an opportunity to ask questions, unpack and change into comfortable clothing before we prepare for the first ceremony.
The first Ayahuasca ceremony takes place on Friday evening. On Saturday there is time to rest, eat, walk, talk or simply be by yourself before we come together again for the second ceremony that evening.
On Sunday morning we have breakfast together and take time for sharing and integration before the retreat comes to an end.
